Frequently asked questions
- How much is a room for rent in Burgas?
- Prices are monthly rent in EUR and sit on the listings themselves; the lowest right now is in the line under this page's heading. The deposit is usually one month's rent and is agreed with the person renting the room out.
- Is there a fee?
- No. Strehana charges no commission and no finder's fee. Listing a room, posting a card and matching are free; a paid placement in the feed is labelled «Promoted».
- How do I contact the person renting the room out?
- Like the room and answer a few questions about how you live. If the host likes you back, a conversation opens on Strehana. The exact address is shown only to the applicant the host accepts.
- No room fits me. What now?
- Post a card: budget, areas, move-in date and a few words about you. Hosts see it when they list a room. If someone else is looking in Burgas, you can team up and rent a flat together.
- Are people verified?
- Identity verification is optional and runs through Evrotrust; verified profiles carry a badge. In the feed you can show verified people only.
