Strehana pricing
Strehana is free for finding a room or a flatmate: you post a card or a room, like, apply and chat without paying. Strehana takes no commission from the rent. The one paid thing is a promoted place in the feed, and it is labelled as such.

Free
Listing a room, posting a card, liking, applying and the conversations. Strehana charges no commission.
Promoted listing
Your room or card sits first in the feed and is labelled «Promoted». €4.99 for 7 days or €9.99 for 30 days, one-off, no auto-renewal, VAT included.
Priority application
Your application is shown before the others. €2.99 per application.
What «Promoted» means
A promoted listing or card comes first in the deck of the people whose filters it passes, and after that every fourth card is a promoted one. It carries a «Promoted» label so it is clear the place is paid for; the order of the other cards is explained on «How we order the cards». Promotion does not change the filters: someone looking in Plovdiv does not see a promoted room in Sofia.

How you pay
- On the site you pay by card through Stripe. The payment is one-off: 7 or 30 days, no subscription, no auto-renewal.
- In the app you pay through the App Store or Google Play, under their rules.
- Prices are in euro and include VAT. You get an invoice by email.
- Strehana has no automatic refunds. If you think a payment is wrong, write to legal@strehana.com.
Commission
Strehana charges no commission and is not a party to the rental agreement. Rooms on Strehana are listed by the people renting them out. If a room or a flat ever reaches you through an agency, its fee is between you and the agency and is written in the listing; Strehana adds nothing on top.
- Do I have to pay to message someone?
- No. The conversation opens when two people like each other, for free.
- Does the promotion renew by itself?
- No. You pay once for 7 or 30 days. After that the listing or card stays in the deck at its usual place.
- Is there a commission when I move in?
- No. Strehana takes nothing from the rent or the deposit.
