Strehana is a platform for rooms and flatmates. People with a budget of 250 to 400 € for a room look for a flatmate here. Your 700 € two-bedroom never reaches them, because they filter at 350 €. Here it shows as 350 € per person, to exactly the people it is meant for.

Someone with a 350 € budget never opens a 700 € listing. We show your apartment at the price they can pay, with the people they could share it with.
The commission is written on the card up front, so nobody is surprised. The owner has said yes to co-tenants before the card appears.

How it works

You send the apartments
Two or more bedrooms, owner accepts co-tenants, photos, rent, commission. By form, or with the same XML you send to imot.bg.

We show them per person
To seekers with a fitting budget and area, in the deck and in the apartments list.

You receive a viewing request
Name, phone, number of people, combined budget and move-in month. The same day, by e-mail and in your account.

You do the viewing and the lease
On your terms and with your commission. We stay out of the deal.

The first 10 agencies before 31 December 2026 get a 100 € starting balance, valid 90 days. No commitment, stop whenever you want.
Prepaid balance of 100 € or 250 €, by card or bank transfer with an invoice. A request whose number does not answer within 48 hours, or the same person again within 30 days, is credited back. Prices include VAT.
What agencies ask
That is why we ask for each apartment and show only those where the owner agreed. Most of our people work, or study and work, and it shows on their card. Two working people with 800 € between them are a good tenant.
Over 200 active seekers, two thirds in Sofia. We are not imot.bg in volume. The difference is that people arrive already paired, with a combined budget.
A person's phone reaches you only when they request a viewing of your apartment themselves and confirm we may share it with you. Nothing else leaves the platform.
There is no contract and no obligation to start. Once you load a balance, we sign a one-page agreement and invoice from Vizium Ltd with VAT.
Requests arrive by e-mail and in your account the same day. Listings come in by form, as a sheet or links, and later with the same XML you send to imot.bg.
